Dalat is one of the most beautiful Cities in southern Vietnam’s Central Highlands. Dalat is the City of Flowers and honeymooners with lovely French villas, the fresh air, and surrounded by hills, pine forests, lakes and waterfalls. The way from Nha Trang to Dalat is a spectacular scenic ride for motorcycle touring. This 2 day motorbike tour from Nha Trang to Dalat is always the most recommended tours in Nha Trang – Vietnam.
Your guides will pick you up from your hotel. On the way, we’ll stop at local villages to visit and learn about the culture. You will go across the river on a wooden bridge made by the local people. Stop at a rice paddy field where your guide will explain how a paddy field operates. See how villagers weave mats, make chopsticks, bind the traditional palm-lea conical hats (Non La), and manufacture rice paper and noodles. From here we continue on highway 723 to see sugar cane being grown and harvested. Next we visit a Raglai village where you will learn about the customs and traditions of these minority people. From here we ride up into the mountains to an approximate height of 1500 meters. The cool mountain air will invigorate you and many opportunities to take photographs along the way. You will have rode through many coffee plantations and understand more about the cultivation and production of the crop. In Dalat we explain to you why it is the honeymoon capital of Vietnam as well as the French influence dubbing it “The Small Paris”. You will get the chance to explore some of the thousands of greenhouses that line the hills growing beautiful flowers and vegetables. Make sure you see the Dragon pagoda, truly an amazing sight and stay overnight at Dalat.
We start the day by riding to other side of Dalat after visiting the French railway station (The colonial architecture of the 19 century), Truc Lam monastery pagoda and Crazy House (The old architecture of Dalat). From there we continue to visit Elephant waterfall and silk factory, try some world famous Kopi Luwak/ weasel coffee and stop by a place to see many flower and vegetables farms. Back to Nha Trang, tour ends around 5pm.
