Your tour guides will pick you up from your hotel and head to local villages and visit Phu Kieng wooden bridge. Here we will cross the famous Cai river to enjoy the view and take some memorable photos. Next we will stop at a rice paddy field and explain how the farm operates. You will see how villagers weave mats, bind the traditional palm-leaf conical hats (Non La), manufacture rice paper and noodles, and then visit the village of Orphan Children.
After that, we continue our journey to the Fish Market Dock and Fishing Village nearby where you will learn the villagers fishing techniques and coastal way of life.
Before continuing our journey to Ba Ho waterfall we will stop for a freshly prepared lunch. After lunch we begin hiking into the forest to enjoy some beautiful streams and waterfalls. Ba Ho means “three lakes”, at the waterfall you can swim, dive, and even jump off 4-12 meter rocks into the deep blue pool below.
Our next stop is the majestic Ponagar Cham Tower. These towers were built during the 7th century to honor the goddess Ponagar, she was considered to be the mother of mothers, the goddess of the country, and who came to be identified with the Hindu goddesses Bhagavati and Mahishasuramardini. The local Buddhists of Nha Trang use this place for prayer and worship, and there are many lit incense giving the place an enchanted smell back lit with stunning colors. From the towers you will see the panoramic views of the river merging with the turquoise Sea. On our way back to Nha Trang we have the opportunity to visit Thap Ba Hot Spring. The trip finishes at your hotel at approx 5pm.
